Due to your product and service relationship with Koza Çadır, Koza Çadır collects your personal data to fulfill our legal obligations and to inform you about campaigns and benefits, and processes it within this scope.
Accordingly, Koza Çadır collects and processes your personal data to evaluate and manage any complaints, process your payments, improve our products, services, communication methods, and the functionality of our websites, and to offer personalized products, communication content, targeted advertising, and product recommendations for you.
For the above-mentioned purposes, Koza Çadır processes and retains your personal data with your explicit consent, or if it is directly related to the establishment or execution of the contract we have concluded with you, or in cases where it is required by our legitimate interests without harming your fundamental rights and freedoms, within the purposes and scope specified herein.

Your personal data may be shared with Koza Çadır's shareholders, our direct/indirect domestic/foreign affiliates, domestic/foreign individuals and entities that represent us during the continuation of our business relationship, or collaborate with us to perform our activities (with companies providing cargo, shipment, call center, database, cloud, etc. services). Additionally, due to legal obligations and limited to those, personal data is shared with courts and other public authorities. Furthermore, Koza Çadır may share your personal data and navigation information such as traffic information concerning your visit to Koza Çadır websites with public authorities and institutions legally authorized to request such information for your security and for Koza Çadır to fulfill its obligations under relevant legislation.

In accordance with Article 7/f.1. of the KVKK, when the purpose for which personal data is processed ceases and/or when the legal retention periods we are obliged to adhere to under the relevant legislation expire, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized by us.
- What are your rights under the Personal Data Protection Law?
According to Article 11 of the KVKK, insofar as your personal data is processed by Koza Çadır as a data controller, you have the right to;
- learn whether any of your personal data is being processed;
- request information regarding the processing activities of your personal data;
- learn the purposes for which your personal data is being processed;
- learn the third parties to whom personal data is transferred within the country or abroad, if applicable;
- request the correction of your personal data if it is processed incompletely or inaccurately;
- request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons for processing no longer exist;
- request that deletion and correction transactions be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred;
- object to any adverse results arising from the automated processing of personal data; and
- request compensation for damages, if you suffer harm due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
Your requests included in your application will be concluded as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
